Specialised Staff

GlenPat Homes provides a highly skilled,  trained and dedicated team, which is in line with CSCI recommendations and your needs.

Elm Park is staffed day and night providing twenty-four hour care. All care staff are rigorously vetted and highly trained with on-going and individual training programmes.

All staff attend Induction training and receive training on all mandatory training such as Autism, Fire Safety, Food & Hygiene, medication, First Aid, Adult Protection NVQ Level 2 & 3 in care.

Currently 80% of our staff have NVQ 2,3 or 4 in Care. Our training and development program ensures that all our care staff are skilled and competent to support your needs.

Our team is fully experienced and highly trained in accommodating:

  • Challenging behaviour
  • Complex issues 
  • Psychological Issues
  • Non verbal communication
  • Mixed Gender
