Premnath Radhakissoon – Home Manager
Premnath began his career as a carer, moving up to Managerial post. He has 5 years' experience of running a residential setting, including Learning Disability and Mental Health. He qualified as a Registered Manager and went on to the N.V.Q 4 in Care, A1 Assessor Award and a Pg diploma in health management. He has specialist skills dealing with Learning disability i.e challenging behaviour and Mental Health service users. Premnath has overall responsibility for the effective running of the care home. “I enjoy using my skills of dealing with Learning Disability i.e challenging behaviour and Mental Health service users.
