Referrals

If you are looking for a new home, we would:

  • Conduct an interview with you with one of our skilled members of staff
  • Assess whether we can meet your needs
  • Discuss with you whether you will benefit from our service
  • Assess whether you will fit in with the existing people at the home.

We would then invite you to visit our home, to see if you like us.

We would work with you in conjunction with your social worker, family or advocate. We also work collaboratively with multi-agencies, multi-disciplines, and others on your behalf, to ensure the appropriate support package meets your needs.

We use a person-centred approach to holistically assess and  assist you to draw out your own potential. All physical, psychological and social needs are recognised as having equal importance.

Our service is continually monitored and audited to ensure we meet the need of the purchasers and yourself.
